The right material,
delivered when and where you need it.
Bulk aggregate supply, trucking and rail logistics wherever your job may take you. Owner-run, safety-first, and priced from whichever pit comes in lowest on your spec.
Aggregate, trucking and rail, handled together
Aggregate Material Sourcing
We find the material, at the pit that prices it best, that actually meets your spec.
- Quarry, pit and recycle yard sourcing across the United States
- Spec matching against plans, geotech reports and TxDOT item numbers
- Multiple pit quotes on the same line item so you can see the spread

Trucking & Delivery
Reliable delivery starts with the right equipment, a practical schedule, and a clear understanding of the jobsite. Donithan Logistics coordinates every load to keep materials arriving safely and crews working without interruption.
- Dump trucks, including tri-axle, quad-axle, and quint-axle configurations
- End dump and belly dump trailers
- Delivered material pricing by the ton or cubic yard

Rail Logistics & Transloading
For high-volume projects, rail can provide a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to long-distance trucking. Donithan Logistics evaluates both options and shows you where rail makes financial and operational sense.
- Direct railcar delivery to rail-served plants, terminals, and industrial spurs
- Transload coordination from railcar to truck for final-mile delivery
- Unit-train and multi-car programs for sustained, high-volume demand

Transportation Coordination
One point of contact when schedules change, weather causes delays, or material availability shifts. Donithan Logistics coordinates suppliers, carriers, and deliveries to keep your project moving.
- One dedicated contact across every pit, quarry, and carrier serving your project
- Delivery schedules built around your placement rate and jobsite requirements
- Load-ticket reconciliation to confirm you are billed only for the quantities received

You deal with the owner
Donithan Logistics is Rob Donithan, and he is on the job, not behind a desk.
Rob holds a Class A CDL he still carries, runs the heavy equipment himself, and has spent 20+ years doing the actual work: loading trucks, unloading railcars, and offloading ships. When you call about a quote, a late truck or a short load, you are talking to the person who has done every part of the job and can fix it.
- Owner on every job site, nothing gets handed to a queue
- Active Class A CDL, he still drives and operates
- Hands-on across trucks, rail and marine offloading
Safety is how the work gets done
A stuck truck, an overloaded axle or a bad site call costs money and gets people hurt. Because the owner has loaded the trucks and run the equipment himself, safety here is judgment on the ground, not a policy on a wall.
Access assessed first
Before a truck rolls we check the site: overhead lines, soft ground, turning room, escorts. A rig that cannot get in safely does not get dispatched.
Loaded legal
Correct weights, correct securement, scale tickets on request. No overloaded axles, and no short load billed as a full one.
Carriers vetted on OOS
DOT and FMCSA-compliant, insured carriers only. We check each one’s Out-of-Service rate, the share of inspections that pull a truck or driver off the road, and will not dispatch one running above the national average.
Spotters where needed
Tight or active sites get a spotter and a plan, not a guess. We would rather slow down than clean up.
Owner oversight
Rob is on site. Safety is not delegated to whoever showed up; it is watched by the person whose name is on the truck.
Right material, right spec
The wrong base under a road is a safety problem later. We read the spec before we quote, so what lands is what the plan calls for.
Wherever your job may take you
We supply aggregate and move freight wherever your job may take you. Our supplier and carrier network is deepest across Texas and the Gulf, and freight is the biggest lever on delivered cost, so the pit we pick is the closest one to your job that still meets the spec.
