Privacy notice
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to quote and serve your work, and we do not sell it.

What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we receive what you entered into it. Depending on the form that includes your name, company, email address, phone number, job and delivery details, equipment and operating details, and any notes you write.
We also record basic technical information with each submission: the time, your IP address, your browser user agent and the page you submitted from. This is used to investigate abuse and to diagnose delivery problems.
What we do not collect
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third party marketing pixels. We deliberately do not ask for your federal tax identification number on the credit application, because web forms are delivered by email and that is not an appropriate channel for it.
Fonts
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them, which discloses your IP address to Google. No other third party service is used.
Why we use it

- To arrange, schedule and deliver material and freight
- To evaluate a credit application, including contacting the references you provide
- To assess carriers and suppliers who ask to work with us
- To respond to enquiries and keep records of what was agreed
Who sees it
Submissions are delivered to us by email and stored on our website host. We share what is necessary with the suppliers and carriers involved in fulfilling your order, for example a delivery address and site contact. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quote records are kept for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship and to meet our record keeping and tax obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action reasonable requests, subject to records we are required to keep.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and submissions are delivered over our host's mail infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive personal information through this website.
Children
This is a business to business website and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this notice by publishing a revised version on this page.
